By Noah Davis • Jan 15th, 2010 • Category: Beer Companies

Anderson Valley Brewing Co. won the race to Brazil. The Boonville, California brewing company will become the first craft brewery to officially export its products to the South American country when its starts sending Boont Amber, Hop Ottin’ IPA, Barney Flats Oatmeal Stout, Poleeko Gold Pale Ale, Extra Special Boont, and High Rollers Wheat down south.

“AVBC is thrilled to be working with Tarantino Importadora to expand the reach of craft beer into South America. We have high hopes for the Brazilian market for our beers” AVBC general manager, John Kuhry, said in a statement.

Sadly, the on-premises frisbee golf course will not be exported.
