Here in Phoenix, the snowy head on this weizenbock is as close as we’re getting to a white Christmas. This Bavarian import pours with a billowy head that looks like a snowpile — and if only snow smelled this awesome. Wheaty and sweet, the aroma gives off clove and coriander scents. The taste is bright and fun; banana esters burst through the swallow with nutmeg and clove hints, and a 7.1% ABV helps the flavor sink deep into the tongue.
