We are, we’ll happily admit, a tad excited for Thanksgiving. But can the holiday get any better?

Yes, yes it can. Sean Paxton, The Homebrew Chef, offers up some great recipes including Beer Brined Turkey and Roasted Garlic IPA Mash Potatoes on his Web site. The instructions are simple, elegant, and, best of all, involve beer. Lots of beer. If, for some crazy reason, you weren’t excited about Thanksgiving, you will be now.

Plus, you already know what to drink with your T-Giving meal.

  1. A great idea for future recipes this. Thank you for sharing it. Have you noticed how so many people appear to be cooking again? I wonder if the lack of funds due to the current climate has something to do with it and we all appear to be cooking again! its great!
