Did it just get a little colder in the craft beer world?
Why yes it did. New Belgium Brewing Co. is once again releasing 2º Below Winter Ale, the brewery’s holiday seasonal. (Oh wait, there’s another one.) 2º features dry hopped Sterling and Liberty hops combined with tawny-roasted malts for a truly unique flavor.
“2º Below gives all of our beer drinkers a taste of the Colorado winter,” assistant brewmaster Grady Hull said in a release. “We also use a hop that isn’t typically used for dry-hopping and push it into a near-freezing state. The results are fantastic aromas, brilliant clarity and an ale that warms the spirit.”
New Belgium: winning hearts and minds across this great land of ours.
