The perfect beer with your dinner?

Pairing beer with dinner is all the rage these days, but getting that perfect match isn’t always easy. Well, until now.
To help you out, GreatBrewers.com launched Beer Sommelier. The site features 250 dishes organized by main ingredient and will pair the meals with over 140 different types of beer. So, if you’re making beef empanadas, make sure to stock up on IPAs or pale ales. Thai noodles with peanut sauce? An American-style amber lager or a Belgian-style saison should do the trick. (Of course, the site provides handy links to purchase any recommended beers directly from Great Brewers.)
Beer Sommelier even does breakfast. Omlette with meat filling? A brown ale’s your choice. Now if only it recommended something to go with Cheerios.
