Sunny day for wheat beer fans

New Belgium loves sustainability. It also enjoys keeping its consumers happy. So when the brewery had the opportunity to do both, it was, as they say in the business, a no-brainer.
Thanks to a bottling line installed last year, the Colorado beermakers can begin distributing Sunshine Wheat in aluminum cans. It’s the second beer available in cans — Fat Tire was the first — and according to a recent poll on the company’s site, it was one of “the top three favorites [to be] the next canned New Belgium beer.”
For those of you unfamiliar with the beer, the brewery writes “Sunshine Wheat swirls in the mouth with ripples of coriander and orange peel tartness, settling into a sea of honey and apple tones.”
It’s only available for a short time, so get your hands on some soon. You can do it.
(Note: That is not a picture of the cans.)
