A snake-biten beer dinner

On February 24th, Snake River Brewing and the Four Seasons are putting on a beer dinner at the Peak Bar and Steak House. $65 (plus tax and tip) will get you the following:

Course #1:  Spanish Chorizo Stuffed Dates in a Tomato & Pepper Sauce
Course #2:  Beer Braised Short Ribs & Salsify Ravioli with Vegetable Hash & Red Wine Horseradish Sauce
Course #3:  Winter Red Beet Carpaccio with Arugula & Watercress Salad, Toasted Pecans & Shallot Dressing
Course #4:  Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass with Asiago Polenta Cake and Chanterelle Mushrooms
Course #5:  Espresso Rubbed Buffalo Tenderloin with Sweet Potato Gratin and Bacon Infused Brussels Sprouts
Course #6:  Caramelized Apple Tres Leche Cake with Cranberry Compote and Selected SRB Beer Ice Cream
