Live(ish) from the world beer pouring championship

Travel writer and photog Bob Ecker spent a day in Belgium at the beer pouring championship, technically called the World Daughtmaster Championships, and lived to tell about the experience. In our latest feature on DRAFTMag.com, Ecker regales us with the tale. It’s a must-read for anyone who’s ever wondered how bartenders draw such damn fine beers. Enjoy (with a Stella).
(The happy man in the photo is winner Tommy Goukens.)
